Payment: Advance settlement

As soon as we reseive your application form for booking, we will check the availability and send you a bill through the payment method “Square.” The invoice will be sent by the name of our company, Artex Inc. Please use your credit card for payment.
Until we get an "invoice paid confirmation" from Square, your seats will not be secured. When everything is prepared, we will send you a confirmation mail. 
 

Process to secure seats

1. Submit an application form for booking
2. Wait for a reply while we check the availability
3. Receive a bill through the payment method "Square"
4. Finish payment by using your credit card
5. Receive a confirmation mail
 

Refund and Cancellation Charges

Once you have finished payment via Square, a specified fee will be charged for refunds to reservations. (Not applicable when only a reservation form has been sent).

When a refund is granted, we will give a refund via Square.
